It was not good service & then I had a mobile order that they had written in front of them printed & still managed to not get anything right. I noticed when I got home, (which is 30 mins away) & tried to call the store 6 times but ofc nobody answered. My mother is allergic to the seasoning on the italian herb & cheese bread and that's what they gave her when the order clearly says American. I do not recommend

Absolute trash. Just doordashed from this place, the sub was not toasted and it was a complete disaster the food was thrown together with very little effort. The employee's do not care about the food they make and I highly recommend you don't go here it's a waste of money. The owner should be ashamed to own this place what disgusting food.

Man I hate to do this but I had an issue here today (12/20/2025). my tuna sub was almost complete when my food handler had to sneeze. She faced away from my sandwich and had a wet one. I heard some splatter on the floor. Afterwards, she finished putting on a topping and wrapping it. I paid for it, went to the car. It didn't take long for me to snap into reality. WTH am I homding this contaminated food AND why did I pay for it? I went back into the store,, There were two employees. A young girl and an older woman. The girl made my sandwich. When I went back in the other employee asked what was wrong. I told them and said I would like a refund. The younger girl admitted to what she did and said that she didn't use her hands to block it, "the way I normally sneeze". I was informed that they couldn't give me a refund. I told them that I didn't even open it. Still, they couldn't give me a refund. The other employee did offer to make me a replacement. I agreed and said that would be cool. However, that idea quickly fell apart because the girl had her hands in all the ingredient trays. Realizing that I'm not going to eat here, I requested a refund again. I was told that they couldn't do that. The manager had to come in and she was off on the weekends. Was there anybody else besides the manager who could do this? There was this other person but he wasn't there. THEY COULDN'T GIVE REFUNDS! Eventually, they offered a compromise. I could take chips and drinks to cover it. I accepted this. I took three Gatorades. This sucks because I am hungry, I had a long seven-mile hike and am still hungry. Even though she didn't use her hands to block the sneeze (so it went straight to the floor), but still I still wish she would have discarded the gloves, scrub with soap and warm water for 30 seconds, dry them, get new gloves on and continue the business. It's about presentation and preventing germs and food borne illnesses.

The toaster over at this location has been broken for months now and the owner has not replaced it - therefore this location only serves cold subs and it completely ruins the experience. My husband have checked back in at least 5x now and nothing has changed. The employees do the best they can despite not being given proper tools to meet subway standards. Every time we go to this subway and their toaster isn't working, we don't go to a different Subway location - we choose to spend our dollar votes at a different restaurant in town. We're done driving there, getting our hopes up, and then having to pivot our meal plan. Note to owner of Franklin Subway: please replace the toaster oven with a fully functional one, and we will happily return to your location, but not until then.
