  Yesterday about 4pm I ordered a footlong cold cut combo sandwich to be delivered by DoorDash. Imagine my surprise when I went to eat the sandwich they had forgotten to put any meat on it all! There was maybe 1/2 of a cup of shredded lettuce on the whole sandwich, 2 thin tomato slices, 4 sliced cucumbers, about 4 pieces of red onions, 4 pickles and 2 slices of provolone cheese…on very stale bread! I tried calling their store at 5pm but they had already “temporarily closed” for the rest of the day. I see where today it still says “temporarily closed”. Looks like Franklin has or is losing another Subway, which is definitely NO BIG DEAL!!

  Pay your employees and maybe they will show up to actually open the store and make decent food. If you can charge $15 for a sub, you can pay your employees.

  I don't think this place is open. I've ordered online a few times and when I show up the place is closed. I tried calling and no one answers.

  Hours posted on Google maps are wrong. They close at 7:00 M-Sat.

  It was good for the first few years..until they got new workers that got high and got 5 things wrong on my sub, no bacon, no parmesan, no garlic aoli, no oregano, didn't toast my sub. And they charged me $14 for the sub. I want a refund.
