I’ve had positive experiences with Advanced Auto in Atlanta. I’ve moved to Western NC and visited the Franklin,NC location. The store manager, DeShawn (sp?) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He checked my battery (not in good shape). He walked me thru the battery options with the associated benefits and then installed my battery and off I went. The transaction took about 15 minutes. I’ll be back.

Pathetic place. Stopped in one time to have a starter bench tested. They are not capable of doing it. Stepped in the second time to get apart. They don’t carry it. They’re closed on the Fourth of July Saturday, understandable. Take the signs off the door! Next day at lunchtime, the signs are still on the door, and the shift manager is standing at a counter on his cell phone. The drink cooler is empty. This is a pathetic presentation of a business.
