  Black guy working the closing shift on April 10 around 7:30 who is always rude and frustrated. It's not just a one-time thing; every time I see him behind the counter, I know the service won't be great. He sighs in annoyance when I ask for a little more black pepper and refused to heat my sub because "we close in 15 minutes." I get it, but he should have communicated that better prior to. The food is good, it's good ol' fashioned Subway, but how the sandwich is prepared matters to me as the customer, and if the food designer doesn't appreciate his job, then maybe he should consider a career where he doesn't have to deal with people. If he can't handle customer interaction, he should be replaced and let someone who actually wants to work take his place.
