    Not sure of the two females names that worked tonight on June 12th I came in for a 12inch rotisserie chicken plus extras. went to eat in my car and seen some pieces was raw. no issue i understand things like that can happen so I only came back to bring awareness and the sweet kinda long brown haired girl was so nice and understanding was quick to help me get a re make. the other girl with her on the other hand. Slightly bigger and has glasses very short pixie like hair that’s dark. Very smart under her breath slammed items on counter including my cup to go. Got upset when I came back because the chicken I got was raw and she needed my other half to show I wasn’t just trying to get free food so of course I kindly showed the other half of my sub. She was crawling the other girls neck with how she was doing things but I could tell she was trying her best and she stayed sweet with a smile. I wish I asked her name.

    I ordered a salad From this Subway® through DoorDash. When I got my salad it was literally just a bowl of chicken, no lettuce. After leaving my son’s ball game and having to wait two hours to eat dinner I took the order back to the subway to see if they would correct it. Upon walking in, the teenagers working the counter had terrible attitudes. No one greeted me or ask how they can help. After asking for help the worker responded with a very bad attitude and asked me “if I asked for lettuce”. Considering it’s a salad, it should have came with lettuce. I only asked for no spinach. She went to the back and got her manager who was not willing to correct the order. She called the owner of the store who told them to add lettuce to my already messed up order. I asked if they could make me a fresh salad, and they refused. As I was leaving the teenagers made terrible comments and were very unprofessional. I told them in a very calm tone that I did not appreciate the customer service that was given. As I was leaving the teenagers made terrible comments and were very unprofessional. I do not recommend visiting this Subway. I asked to speak to the manager of the store, and apparently he is out of the country. Although, conveniently enough, the manager was able to contact him within seconds and then was unable to give me a phone number to contact him myself. I also noted that the chicken and cheese were not even cooked, and they argued that they are and that the cheese is melted.

    I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at 930 (30 minutes after the stores opening) I was informed that the order was canceled and I could not order food as they were still putting it out. Should they have not been ready to serve customers when the store opened? Furthermore the manager was absolutely miserable, her demeanor was very negative, short, and rude. As if I was an inconvenience for her, you would think a restaurant would want customers to come order food but I guess not this one

    The Owner in this place is always right and he said he can't give refunds. Ordered with app. Specified no onions. It shows on the receipt. Onions all over it. Owner laughed and blew me off when I brought it back.
