Yurixi E. is everything! I had the best experience with her! The customer service was exceptional! She was extremely knowledgeable and she found valuable pics/videos that I thought were lost forever! I literally cried and hugged her when she retrieved them! I can't say enough about this young lady! She literally handled myself and another customer, multitasking so smoothly! Also props to Adam for A1 training! This particular store has a history of great customer service but she took it up a notch! 10/10 Highly Recommended

So i have never had an issue with cricket and frankly i still like cricket but if you go in the store avoid speaking to Brooke. She doesn't represent cricket at all! She was very short with her answers and rude. Her actions made me feel like she didn't like me or her job. I always have positive vibes and can deal with pretty much any one. Except when someone's attitude is horrible. I understand and respect policys very well but someone should train Brooke in her delivery or she is going to ruin people off instead of being people in.
