  Horrid place. Claims apt number left off order which was not.. switched to pickup location supposed to be delivered today.. wait all day to get an attempt not made late in day. Customer service sucks. Just wait and see if comes tomorrow is what I got.

  My package should have been delivered yesterday, Thur Aug 14. At end of day they changed it to today, Friday Aug 15, by 5:00 pm. At 6:00 pm they changed it to Monday Aug 17. This is a refrigerated package. What is going on. Terrible service.

  80% of my shippings are delivery to a wrong address. It is a nightmare because my package are valuable and I have to make all the phone calls to have them delivery again. I don’t understand why delivery guys can’t double check the address before drop off the package. It’s so frustrated

  Packages are routinely marked as “out for delivery” for multiple days in a row. Either ends up as lost or as very late. Currently I have an expensive box of perishables that was to arrive on wed and now it won’t come until Monday (IF it comes.. every day it says it’s coming)

  I ordered meat from a company for Father’s Day. It was supposed to be delivered the day before but was unable to be dropped off due to “Delivery exception - Customer not available or business closed” which is a lie. Me and my husband were home all day waiting for the package and not one time did they even drive by! Then it said “Shipment exception - Unable to deliver - Damaged package” I checked back to report the issue and now it says “in transit”. I wouldn’t waste my time using them, if my package is delivered the meat will be bad by this point.
