  Go through parking area to front of building, there's a small sign compared to the size of the building on the left small store front but once you see it, it's good, looks like the parking lot you go through to the store front is employee parking as well.

  The last 2 packages have been delivered to my back door instead of my front door. This is UNACCEPTABLE, COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT enter or leave my house by the back door and I DO NOT APPRECIATE MY PACKAGES BEING LEFT AT MY BACK DOOR BY A LAZY, INCOMPETENT DRIVER.

  I ordered a package from tiktok shop and it was scheduled to be delivered that same Friday. When Friday came the package was still not delivered and said it would be delivered the next. The next day my package was still NOT delivered, so I called to go pick it up. They told me that it would be fine to pick it up and they’d take it off the dock so I could come get it. When they called me back they told me the package was already on the truck however it would not be delivered today, so I will not be able to pick it up. Customer service was very friendly but it’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing. I now understand the 3 star rating for fedex, if I could i’d give them no stars.

  Never delivered despite saying "Out for Delivery". Truck shows up, package is not in truck, then they leave... 3 times now! And now its Sunday and tomorrow is labor day (closed). This has happened multiple times, horrible service. A blind fish with no fins could do a better job delivering my package.
