  I requested that my shipment be diverted to a local pickup point since I wouldn't be home at the scheduled delivery time and the package receipt required my signature. The driver attempted delivery to my apartment anyway, then attempted delivery at the apartment complex and was refused. Then (apparently) he returned to the local distribution center and told his supervisor that the designated pickup point refused the delivery due to size and weight limits. As a result, I had to drive a half-hour to pick up the packages. Someone is not being truthful here

  My package keeps saying out for delivery and then changes to delivery not attempted. It always gives the reason of “dangerous weather” except it’s 75 degrees and sunny. It’s coming from a town over from me so it’s not that. I guess it’s too nice to deliver packages or something. When I do get packages they are always late, dented, or they get lost. I contact the agent and the put me on hold forever and then hang up on me. They must be the worst company on the planet in the delivery game. I just contacted Amazon and had them set up my account never to ship with FedEx. If you are not aware, if you are a prime customer you can do this

  FedEx in the Asheville area is absolutely horrible. Delayed delivery after delayed delivery. Today, they chose not to deliver a package because it’s raining. Package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Thanks guys!

  Never gets packages on time. You could be sitting on the porch and they'll say they've missed you. They lied on the phone and said they'd get it to me by the end of the day and you can't schedule deliveries because the cowards hide behind an AI recording line. This is a top tier embarrassment to America. I watched ups, and usp drop off my packages while FedEx was incapable of even putting in the effort to knock on the door.
