  THE ATMOSPHERE IN THIS PLACE… I LOVED ITTTTT! Couldn’t do a mobile order so I placed online and the ladies at the front were so nice. I loved how bubbly and friendly everyone was. I live 45 mins away from this location and idc but I’m coming each time. I’ve only had wing stop once before.

  Came to this location the other day to order food for myself and children. I was welcomed with smiles and amazing customer service. The manager checked in to make sure I was taken care of and ensured me to fill out the survey to receive a free item on my next visit! My children enjoyed their food! We will definitely be back soon!!!

  I was here about a month ago and everything was amazing. I spoke with the GM P about weekly meals and committed to bringing my clients in every Monday for lunch - the music was great, the facility always clean, the food hot and fresh, the staff welcoming and friendly. I stopped in last Thursday for dinner (17:30 LT) after work and the place was messy, I recognized some staff and they seemed stressed so I spoke and left after waiting 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. I came in again this Monday with a client and it was the same condition (13:00 LT), team members were sitting in the lobby on their phones, no one there to greet, soda and tea all over. I asked to speak to the manager and learned P is no longer there and you can clearly feel and see it. As a native Texan Wingstop has always been a personal favorite but this location missed the mark twice. Very disappointed. I hope things get better.
