  This establishment was once my preferred Wingstop location, but regrettably, the quality of both the food and service has declined recently. During my last visit, I ordered hot honey wings and garlic parmesan wings, both of which are typically dry rub flavors. The hot honey wings had very little seasoning and appeared to be regular fried wings. The garlic parmesan wings were excessively moist, and the minimal amount of parmesan was damp and virtually undetectable. I requested additional parmesan and hot honey dry seasoning. The associate took my container, and I proceeded to prepare my drink. Upon my return, I noticed my container had been placed back in my bag. I did not inspect it at the time, as she typically resolves such issues. Unfortunately, on this occasion, she did not. She returned my container to my bag without adding any additional seasoning or parmesan. Furthermore, my fries were not crispy; they were oily and soggy. I was quite disappointed. I travel from a neighboring town to frequent this location because the customer service is usually excellent, and the food is consistently well-prepared. However, my last two visits have been unsatisfactory. I visit at least two to three times a week. My only request is that the food I purchase meets my expectations, and I believe this is a reasonable request.
