  Shoutout to the guy at the counter. Glasses brown hair for making my daughter happy with the littlest thing. Kept her occupied the entire way home. It’s the little things that matter. Thank you for being a kind human.

  The staff was friendly, professional and working steadily. The young lady that assisted me explained what she was doing as she assisted me with a return to Amazon as well as the faxing of some important papers. The store itself was cleaning and neatly organized and the wait line moved swiftly. I like them providing the local news letter and magazine free of charge when you go there and they are neatly stacked. The outside area of the store is clean as well.

  I have always used this store with the exception of one time using the Hope Mills UPS store & I have never had a problem or concern for my goods that I have mailed off. Mr James was very helpful & accommodating with my 3 complete separate addresses being mailed to. He was very thorough in ensuring my packages were properly packaged & patient with me. Thank you James & the rest of the employees that have helped me recently & in the past & I will continue to come back for my needs.
