Had an online order but an emergency came up and I couldn't pick up the food so I called to cancel it. You can't cancel your order and get a refund. You can cancel it but they don't tell you there will not be a refund. So I came back by after the situation was taken care of and spoke to a woman that informed me they can only remake it that they don't do refunds. It was remade but it wasn't made correctly either. Just remember don't order online unless you know you can pick it up.

I swear, I will never come back to this subway ever again. I pulled up to the drive thru and literally gave me the wrong order, then when I told the Indian guy about it he had an attitude saying "it was already picked up" them went back to doing whatever after shutting the window back. So I went to park and my wife went inside to get it fixed and she literally got into it with the man Because he acted like he didn't want to give a refund, or make the order over. So he did actually fix the order but when I got him it wasn't what I order. #LostAcustomer

Ordered door dash and receiver two wrong sandwiches (not what I ordered) and the customer service rep hung up on me. Would not recommend service and would recommend punitive action against door dash and the store itself.

Usually the food is great. But in this day I tried a cold cut sandwich and it was very lack luster. Won't try it again

Absolutely horrible and disgusting I ordered via door dash 5/22 3 6 inch subs
Steak- asked for double meat and paid for it got almost no meat my veggies I ordered were missing it was ice cold and had a gallon of salt on it
Cold cut combo 6in not toasted as requested missing veggies drenched in oil was disgusting and door dash won’t refund us im extremely pissed and wouldnt reccomend this location to anyone
