    If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered online around 8:15 & it said it was confirmed with order to be done around 8:40. The App says online orders stop around 8:30pm and the store closes at 9pm. I arrive at the store around 8:38pm. There were about 3-4 people inside the store with their phones out with one dancing and the others talking. The one with the Subway shirt and hat put up their hand signaling that they were closed. I go on the app and it said my order was canceled/voided. Drive around to leave there was a car parked in the drive thru, too. Highly upsetting and never had a problem during the day but considering the reviews this isn’t a first time problem. Closing shift sucks and management doesn’t seem to know or better yet care. Update: I checked my emails around 8:58 and had I done so earlier, I would’ve known that my order was canceled at 8:25pm and I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here.

    Drive through is not what it should be. No one listened to my order and I didn’t get what I asked for. My sandwich was served to me cold when it would have be served hot. My had to get her sub remade because it was like no one listened to what we ordered ! Never again visiting this location. They should get half of a star. The service and quality of service and food is not up to standard. Employees having personal conversations behind the counter and mention they dislike the rush with the soldiers. I have never experienced such actions like this from Subway. Either retrain the employees or find news one that are willing to work and satisfy the customers !
