  The service person was was not helpful at all he never even touched my phone he never even tried to maybe see what might be happening all he was tell me i could get a upgrade for a 179 dollars and I am 66 years old on disability I can't afford it I just wanted to know some information on the phone I have but know he was a non informed employee will not go back there i will switch service providers first

  If you want someone who goes above and beyond for you, ask for Shayla. Shayla was great, adamant about having my issue regarding another phone company (transferring) handled. Her knowledge about all pros and cons on all cricket phones was incredible, 25 minutes later i walked out with a brand new phone! I told her what i wanted not knowing anything about androids and im blessed with this phone! Thank you Shayla for all of your hard work! THANK YOU CRICKET!!
