Called in to check on availability for a hard to find bolt size, Cierra answered the call then went above and beyond to verify they had the exact amount available that I needed for my project before I drove across town. When I arrived to pick up Cierra had my order ready to go and was very nice and professional. Excellent customer service all around thank you!!! 🙏😀

I recently had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto, I walked in, Leon greeted me warmly and offered immediate assistance. Leon was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help me find the right parts for my vehicle. Leon was patient and he went above and beyond to explain the differences between several products, ensuring I made the best choice for my car. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, making it easy to find everything I needed quickly. Checkout was smooth, and Leon made sure I knew about all current promotions to help me save money. Overall, Advance Auto delivered top-notch service, and I left feeling valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer care!
