  Had to get a battery today and the staff were very helpful wish I could remember the ladies name think she was a manager but my battery was a little difficult to remove because it was very hot and putting of noxious gas odor but that didn't stop her took a little bit but they got it out and they were so very nice. I would definitely recommend doing business there. And I mean that battery was hot. So much as to it burnt me upon touching it to remove it but like I said the three of staff were on point in helping out. Shout out to y'all. You know who you are.

  The staff here are lazy as hell! I called to have my battery replaced because I have a four year warranty! I called Santa Fe store because it was closer. They told me that I have to get the transaction number from the store on Ramsey Street, even though my phone number and information is linked to the purchase order in the system. Ramsey street stated that’s a lie and all they had to do was put my phone number in the system. My battery was dropped off to Santa Fe store YESTERDAY around 1 pm. They said they were going to test the battery to see if it had malfunctions because I’ve only had it for one year. They’ve had the battery to my car for two days talking about they’re charging it! FOR TWO DAYS! I have a warranty just give me a new battery! Tomorrow will be day three! I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again! Do not recommend! Go to Riley’s or auto zone!

  The cashier totally up sold me. I went in for windshield wipers I was told the only ones in stock for $26 each. I paid that because I needed them. I went out to my car and in my bag was a small packet of armor All wipes. I assumed that they were complimentary because I did not buy them. However when I checked my receipt it turns out that there were cheaper ones in stock he just chose not to sell them to me. I will not be going back to that location.
