  I walked a mile to get here, knowing I would get here long before they closed. I arrived at 9:25 PM, they close at 10. I walked in and they said they were closed. Screw this business.

  Literally the worst store EVER!!! I place an online order at the wrong location (Elizabethtown). I called and called and called to have someone to cancel the order but no one answered. I eventually go to the store the next day and I told them I’ve been calling. They said the phones don’t work. How crappy is that as a business 🙄 so I then asked for the manager they said the manager (Rosa) wasn’t there and that she can’t do anything about it. I just want my money back. So I then asked for another manager so they gave me owner’s number (Mr.Patel) I call him (no answer) so I sent a text (no reply) this is the absolute worst place of business ever. I will NEVER spend my money at a SUBWAY restaurant again! Pathetic!

  Went to order a sub and one of the associate told me, it would be 10 minutes before she could take my order. There were two associates making subs ( I am guessing a big order) one person could taken in store orders and the other make the subs ordered. Bad business for small town. This is my hometown and I was expecting better service. I walked out and I will not go back to that location ever again. Deserve no stars for bad customer Service
