    The owner and her team are always super helpful. From Amazon returns to handling expensive equipment that needs to be sent off for repairs, they do a great job. Most recently, I dropped off a very expensive piece of equipment and they handled it with the utmost care to make sure it made in for repairs safely. Grateful for our UPS store!

    They shipped some of my items to wrong address and the others never shipped absolutely ridiculous! Before I left I asked if everything is good and if they had any questions they said no. All they had to do was print out a shipping label place the items in the box and ship it. Now I have to refund my buyers for the inconvenience/ getting the wrong item/ never getting their items! Very disappointed do better! 👎 I’m not the type of person to ever write reviews but now I’m out of money ! Due to their mistakes so I’m very unhappy.
