  After having a rude experience at AutoZone, Ms. Mary and Mr. Travis at Advance Auto Parts in Elizabeth City, NC 27909 completely changed my mood with how kind and respectful they were. They helped me find the right aux cord for my car quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. Their customer service was amazing, and they were both very polite and professional. I truly appreciate their help and the great experience they gave me.

  Stopped into the Advance Auto Parts store in Elizabeth City, NC today to pickup an Oil Filter, Oil, Oil Drain Plug and Wiper Blades. Travis H helped me in obtaining the correct parts and Oil. Travis was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back to this store and asking for Travis next time i need auto parts.
