  Thank you to Shane for arranging for the packaging and shipment of one of those "large and odd shaped" parcels UPS handles - in this case, a car door from a British Sports car. Arrived in great shape earlier than expected. Super service from a convenient location for the folks in Eden!

  Carried an Amazon return over and they gladly received it in and I actually had Amazon credit me for the return within 2 hours. So Amazon also deserves a great rating. I often need to ship on weekends for my business and am glad we won't have to go as far for the Eden store. Thank You Eden!

  I had an awesome first time experience at this store. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the owners were very nice. I would absolutely recommend this store.

  Best experience ever going into the new UPS store in Eden NC. Rent a Center just isn't cutting it for me any longer. And I just bought furniture ftpm there. I drive up there, and they are always out of something. I kind of think they run out on purpose at this point. Because if you know you're about to run out of something, shouldn't they pre-order to keep the Amazon customers happy? And not inconvenience the us. Then you get attitude from management because you are upset you drove up there in the hot weather 🥵 and wasted your 5.50 a gallon diesel ⛽️ fuel. I get the since they don't want to service Amazon customers because I was told by the assistant manager that they don't work for Amazon. So I definitely don't want to go to rent a center anymore. This was the last time I get inconvenienced and mistreated just because I must use the service. So glad to know we have a actual UPS store closer than going all the way to Greensboro. And the customer service orientation was absolutely wonderful. They will get my business. And it will be worth the drive everytime because they service mainly returns and a whole bunch of other much needed services. I have been there twice already. Each time I am greeted with a smile. Like they really appreciate me and my business. Thank you new UPS store in Eden NC. I will be back and I hope 🙏🏾 this business prospers forever! Thank you for saving Reidsville from rent a centers terrible customer service. I am truly grateful 🙏🏾 for what you gentlemen done for me today. I shall never forget it!!!
