  I always come during lunch time and the employees are always nice they are always have a smile on their face and they greet you as soon as you hit the door some of these comments really got me thinking about if you don't like the service there's another Subway here in Eden NC that you can go to people always leave bad comments if you want to pleasant service then don't go to the subway on Van Buren road second shift I do agree second shift always has an attitude but I always go during lunch time

  The first time I have ever ate at this location. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted. Dining area very clean and the vegetables looked fresh. The lady and gentleman that waited on me was very nice and polite. My sub was made exactly how I like it. Cookies were fresh out the oven. It feels good to walk into a restaurant and see the employees have a passion for their customers. The little matter to us customers. Since the pandemic you can’t find cleanness and good customer service. Thank you! I will drive 30 minutes to get a fresh sub with great customer service.

  RUDE and unpleasant and got irritated when i wanted my sub after she assumed I didn't want it cause the coupon didn't cover it.
