  It is a manager in there that works mostly all the time and she is so rude for the only two times that I have went and the second time I went I did not even place an order, I literally walked out. She had such a negative attitude as soon as you walk through the door! Her energy is bad on any night you go! I went in at 8pm and the young lady at the register asked if I was picking up and l informed her I wanted to place an order. She turned around and asked her manager. The manager proceeded visibly and verbally show she was upset and gave me a terrible look. I spinned on my heels and walked out. All I wanted to order was large veggies and ranch but she was so horrible I could not stand to be in there any longer! She works on the weekends for sure. in high stress environments, it is very important to keep your composure, especially in front of customers and coworkers. The unprofessionalism that she showed is unacceptable and I refuse to subjected to her feelings!

  I am a hired food critic , i was sent to this location because of their ratings to see what the issues are. My order came out wrong which was disappointing , one of the flavors i ordered were incorrect & part of my contract is not being able to correct their mistakes. The number of tenders per flavor were incorrect as well. The extra side of ranch i paid for was missing. However the food did taste fresh & up to their minimum standard. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking to get some wingstop. Paying for food & not even being able to get what you ordered is completely absurd. Thank you for having me.

  This is the worst wingstop in durham. The workers be everywhere but the counter to assist. Lobby dirty and to top it off they handing out sauced overcook wings- if you are going to eat here ensure you walk in and make sure your food is made fresh. I requested a refund and waiting to hear back from management. I should have known better the manager asked me to give them another try and this was it.

  Came around 12:00pm last week walked in to two ladies an a guy sittin the guy called the heavy set lady mom so I’m guessing mom an son the son proceeded to take my order before he took my order the heavy set lady yelled out Shamar get that which confused me he then continued to tell me the card reader was broke an they only accepted cash being that I wanted the wings badly an it wasn’t just for me but for me an my kids I say ok I’ll go get cash an I’ll return he said ok well text ur order to this number which threw me off because why would you want me to text order but once again I just want my wings so not thinking anything of it I text my order was told 50 was total brung 50 cash back an instead of him putting it in the register he stuck it in his pocket what kind of business are yall runnin something told me to check back at a later day an I was informed by one of the employees that the card reader was infact not broke but Shamar pocketed my money an from what the employee said this isn’t the first time I’ll definitely be back to get this handled this is wrong on so many leveled an these are the people you guys have working for you pocketing money an lyin to customers
