  Horrible service. I went in to mail one letter. Staff were rude to me. Asked probing questions as if I was a criminal. I felt insulated. I simply wanted to buy a stamp. Sad that this staff treated me this way. I will not forget it and will share with everyone. This store discriminated against me and that’s not okay in 2026.

  Kamal was very helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable and took the time with me that I needed. I would recommend him to anyone. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

  First of the young clerk was polite and respectful. Unfortunately, he kept getting cut off another. Either, this store experiences a reality that is unique or she a flat liar. When confronted she hides behind UPS and then behind being independent from them. A very poor representative for the UPS brand as she downgrades the levels of services they offer. I just left Going postal and paid $35 for the mid level service that thsi store didn't exist. If, you are local, i suggest going a few more minutes Going Postal; professionally ran business

  Great location but customer service sucks. After a return I asked the man that was helping me if they recycle boxes. A woman who was helping someone else decided to interject and point at the door yelling to throw it in the trash outside. I politely informed her that I was asking specifically about recycling and she said we don’t do that here with a very condescending tone. I wasn’t even talking to her so it was a bit strange she overwhelmingly took over the conversation. Rubbed me the wrong way. I understand if you don’t take recycling but be kinder.

  Don’t go here and ask for a small piece of tape, they’ll charge you. Now I know I’m being entitled here but I think if you’re missing a bit of tape, a decent person would just throw a small piece on for you. Nope, cheap franchise ownership wants to charge $3.00 for it I’ll take my truck that gets 12mpg and drive 10 miles to a different location before coming back here.
