Place was going to charge me $6 for taping a small box closed. They couldn’t just give me a small strip from one of the plenty of rolls they had sitting on the counter. Just a ridiculous waste of time

Very stingy location, $2 for tape, $2 for printing label. Not much but when other locations do it for free, feels weird. I guess it was how it was told to me by the older lady. The younger one was super nice. Weird vibes here today. Won’t be back
ridiculous basic black and white printing cost. 10c at THE FREE LIBRARY, save your money.

I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store because of Jacqueline. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. She answered all of my questions with confidence, made the entire process quick and stress-free, and treated me with respect throughout my visit.
Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Liz, was the opposite. When I asked questions, she either didn't have the answers or wasn't willing to help me find them, and I found her demeanor to be rude and dismissive. Thankfully, Jacqueline stepped in, handled everything professionally, and made sure I left with the information and service I needed.
Jacqueline demonstrated exactly the kind of leadership and customer service every business hopes to have. Based on my experience, she has the professionalism, knowledge, and composure to be in a management role herself. She is a tremendous asset to this store, and she's the reason I'll be returning.
Five stars for Jacqueline. She turned what started as a disappointing experience into an excellent one.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this UPS Store.
I paid for a taping service when I dropped off my return package. That service was not performed, and as a result, my package was mishandled. My return label ended up attached to the wrong package, while my actual return was sent back to me.
What makes this more frustrating is that the store has refused to take responsibility. I was told that labels sometimes “rip off” and get attached to other packages if they aren’t taped properly or if there is dust involved. That explanation does not fit what happened here.
I paid this store to handle my package correctly, including a taping service, there was no tape applied to my package. Instead, I am now left trying to resolve a problem created while my package was in their possession.
The response I received was that they would “research it” and that they don’t know what happens after packages leave the store. The issue happened before it ever left the store.
Now my return is delayed, my replacement items cannot be processed, and I am leaving the country in 14 days. A simple mistake has turned into a major inconvenience because there has been no accountability or urgency in resolving it.
Mistakes happen, but customers should not have to fight to get a business to acknowledge and correct a mistake—especially after paying for a service that was not provided.
