  Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. I came in to return an Amazon package and, being unfamiliar with the self-service return process, I waited in line for assistance. After several minutes, I was told the return needed to be completed at the self-service station, but the tone felt dismissive rather than helpful. When I later asked a simple question just to confirm where to leave the package, the response again made me feel as though I should have already known the process. Customers shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable or unintelligent for asking for assistance. I was actually completing this return for my elderly mother, who is not comfortable with technology, and the experience made me wonder how someone like her would be treated if she came in alone. I understand that working with the public can be demanding—I’ve done it myself—but patience, kindness, and a welcoming tone go a long way, especially when a customer is unfamiliar with your procedures.

  This UPS store charges $5.25 to print a label. That’s insane considering they print items daily. This is the highest cost to print a label I have ever seen. I used pirate ship and got a label for $8.30 but the store wanted $33 to ship the same box.

  Lupe is the reason I gave a 10. She is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about every customer. She takes ownership of every package she handles, making sure everything is done correctly, and she never makes you feel rushed. I’ve also watched her provide the same exceptional service to other customers, not just me. Employees like Lupe are the reason I keep coming back to this UPS Store. She is a tremendous asset to your company.

  Had 2 packages to mail and an Amazon return and the staff were friendly, polite, and very efficient. It took me longer to make this post than inside the store. Excellent UPS Store!
