Ivan needs to be FIRED, absolute worst customer experience ever. I walked in and waited for about five minutes, and during that time two customers who arrived after me were helped before I was acknowledged. The lack of order and attentiveness made the visit frustrating and unprofessional. Better customer service and a more consistent line system is needed

I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of service and professionalism from UPS. On Saturday, I paid to ship two packages. While one successfully made it to Pennsylvania, my second package, destined for North Carolina, is nowhere to be found. It was scheduled for delivery yesterday, but it never arrived.
To make matters worse, the tracking number I was given shows up as "invalid" in the system, leaving me completely unable to locate my property. I have spent the entire day calling this location to get answers. They either do not answer the phone at all, or worse, the workers pick up and immediately hang up on me. The fact that I cannot track my own package and am being actively ignored by the staff is absurd.
I paid for a service that was completely unfulfilled. I expect UPS management to contact me ASAP to locate my missing package, resolve this, and issue a full refund for false services provided.

I have always had a good experience whenever I use this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, courteous, efficient and expedient. I see the negative ratings snd wonder if this is the same store in Durham, NC at 6409 Fayetteville Rd. of which they are referring.
