  Fast, polite. Had a drop off at around noon on a Wednesday. In and out in under five minutes. Couldn't have been a more fluid process of handing off the package and receiving the receipt.

  They are always very helpful at this location. I use them for notary services. Quick and only $10.

  Terrible customer service. The lady behind the counter, gave me attitude and refused to help me. Try to print a label out so I can send my package. She continued to help everybody that was coming in the door and ignored me when she knew I needed assistance.

  I went in to return an Amazon package and was told it didn’t have the proper tape. That part is understandable. However, the way it was handled was rude and unprofessional. I was immediately told I had to pay $5 for tape, with no explanation or courtesy. Customer service matters. Save yourself the hassle and go to the UPS on Hillandale instead—they are friendly and professional.
