  ZERO stars if I could give it. I did an online order and the woman gave me everything other than what I ordered. I got to my car and opened my bag to look at my cookies and that order was wrong as well. I went back inside and she took the cookie out the bag and put it back with the other cookies to give to the next customer. NEVER PURCHASE COOKIES FROM HERE. My sub had a minimal amount of chicken and that was wrong as well. I will NEVER order from here again.

  When making my sub the lady would either not hear me or ignore me and put the complete wrong thing on my sub. After trying to remake it she would do the same thing even after I spoke up. The food was bad and it didn’t feel welcoming inside.

  El.peor subway que he comprado es aqui, te atienden con mala cara, de malas y no le ponen lo que pediste al.sandwich, si lo pides tostado peor, ponen mala cara, el servicio es horrible, no volveré a comprar ahí , ni siquiera pude terminar de comerlo porque no me gusto el sabor. no .recomiendo este lugar

  Ordered through the app and our subs were accurate, however the toasted bread was definitely burned.

  Lady was fixing a chicken teriyaki sandwich. I didnt want my bread toasted so she used the tray to warm the chicken. As the tray is normally used to gauge the amount of chicken used she didn’t fill it anywhere close to the designated line. After warming it I asked how come it only filled up half of a footlong she went on to say that’s all you get. At that point I just refused the whole sandwich. For what we pay as an up charge on food we should at least get the correct amount. I will not return.
