    Integrity is questionable! They took a tip and charged my card without my approval. When you swipe your card to pay for your food, it asks if you want to leave a tip. The cashier asked me did I want to tip and I said no. She didn’t give me a receipt which was odd so I asked for the receipt and saw that she charged me $.99 as a tip without my approval. I don’t care if it’s $.99 or two dollars or $50 I said no and she still did that without my approval!

    I went to the subway and I’ll tell you what I like Subway but I will tell anybody go to the other ones. This is located in a place. They called the village and is really sketchy out here. I’ve seen some characters that made me wanna scratch my head and maybe get back in my car so just be cautious when you go to this one I wouldn’t come here after dark.

    This is probably one of the rudest subways I’ve been to. They lied to me saying that my order was picked up just so they wouldn’t have to take off something I was allergic to. Then he tried to act as if he didn’t understand me. They have very poor and unprerfecional attitudes.

    My review is strictly about service—not the food or atmosphere—because I’ve never been to this Subway location, or even to Durham, NC for that matter. I received an email confirming an order from this store, which was alarming given that I was over 600 miles away. Assuming my account had been compromised, I checked the app and—sure enough—there was an order I definitely did not place. I immediately called the location and explained the situation. The person who answered was completely blasé, told me there was nothing he could do, and suggested I “check with my family” to see if they placed the order (they did not). When I asked if I should dispute the charge with my bank, his response was simply, “whatever,” before hanging up. I understand there’s no personal incentive for an employee to care about a fraudulent order—but basic professionalism shouldn’t be optional. If this is how security concerns are handled, the real mystery isn’t who placed the order—it’s why anyone would trust this location with their payment information.
