    Placed an online order for pick up arrived at 8:45, it says they close at 9. The doors were locked and they shooed me away. Id love a refund but i probably wont recieve one.

    Horrible customer experience here. We ordered a buy one get one sub based on a common promotion offered to us via their app. They only gave us one sub. They would not provide us the second sub. There was no manager to talk to and the workers did not care and did not offer to help us at all.

    The manager is very rude. One night we ordered subs for dinner and got home to find they toasted our sandwiches with all the toppings, and warmed up cucumbers and tomatoes lettuce cooked and not fresh, shriveled spinach. I took them back and asked her politely remake them. She made a huge deal about it and started talking trash about me to the younger hispanic girl in spanish, she must-have not known that I knew spanish, I called her out on this. She's rude. Can't get help from customer service? And then, when I did an online order while I was at work at a different location. When I had to update my payment method, it changed my location to the one by my house at Durham Chapel Hill so I paid for my combo I used my freestub points and ended up having to buy my whole meal. And when I told them about it on the phone that same day, I told them to please cancel it. And I was still charged upon trying to get my refund and them to honor my free subs since I had the receipt for both of them. And there's no way possible for me to be at Miami boulevard location and make it all the way to Durham Chapel Hill at 12 o'clock on a Saturday. She basically told me she did not care. And that I needed to call the manager, but the manager doesn't answer. And customer support doesn't get back.Now I have to dispute with my bank.My charges, I would avoid this place at all cost. The GM is very aggressive.

    I will no longer go to this subway. The Hispanic females that work there were loud and rude the last times I have been there. I arrived at 7:15 and they had started to remove the condiments and meats. I felt like they just wanted me out so they could close and go home. I will never ever go to this subway ever again I .Becauthey are talking loud among themselves, I had to repeat myself several times
