  Placed order online then had to wait 30 minutes after arriving at the store for food I’d already paid for... if I hadn’t prepaid I would have gone elsewhere. Manager was more concerned with venting her own inability to keep up with orders than any degree of customer service. My hot sub was cold... cheese was not melted. My cold sub was incomplete... no cheese. Do yourself a favor and pick another restaurant. They can’t handle online ordering and should turn that feature off for this location.
