  I ordered three soups and was charged $3.99 for each one, as shown on my receipt. Since the soups were unavailable, they substituted them with bags of chips that cost only $1.59 each, without informing me or refunding the difference. I paid $11.97 for products worth only $4.77—a difference of $7.20. They should have asked me first and offered either a replacement of equal value or a refund for the difference. My advice to other customers is to check your order and receipt before leaving. If an item is unavailable, ask whether the replacement has the same value and make sure you receive a refund for any price difference.

  It was a bit difficult to communicate with the sandwich maker, as she did not understand much English. So the sandwich wasn't quite what I asked for but still good.
