$54 to return a hair accessory? The lady working the register was also extremely rude. I will never go here again.

I'd recommend avoiding this location. The employee who helped me was dismissive and rude from start to finish. It was honestly the worst customer service I've experienced at a shipping store. FedEx, if you're reading this, please consider customer service training for the staff here.

Initially, my visit was ok but 3 days later I found out that my package just mysteriously disappeared. Took 2 days to track my package, only to be told that nothing was inside the box. So I escalated the matter...ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS STOLEN BY A FEDEX WORKER.

Very poor Customer Service. If you must go her prepare to be ignored or treated with attitude and rudeness. I will never use FEDEX ever again!
