Excellent customer service! Palace helped me buy a new phone and he was great. I’ll definitely come back for my next cellphone purchase!

I give cricket to Star because their stores are never equipped with anyone that knows what they're doing or talking about their staff can be courteous at times I think cricket is really not a good phone provider you just have too many problems with cricket phones and going through too much stuff just to get a phone activated or reactivated it's just a lot of drama with cricut
