  Went to store located on hwy 55.... Let me tell ya'll Stephanie is an amazing representative for cricket wireless. She has amazing customer service, I have sent a few my people over to her and they have said the same thing. That Young Lady needs a Raise. She took her time to make sure that we left satisfied. She did her thing !!!! 👏 we need more people like her.

  Muy mal servicio al cliente Bine a pagar un telefono y me pidio el id de la persona que esta a nombre el telefono y le dije que no lo tenia en lo que estaba esperando que me lo enviaran le deje a la señora que me iba a quejar a servicio al cliente y me dijo que no me iba a cobrar solo por eso es muy mama calidad de servicio al cliente no Los recomiendo

  The young man who helped me scammed me. 1. he sold me a phone when we already had our own phone, all we needed was a sim. he told me it was the cheapest option. 2. he changed my whole family plan so my bill went from $130 to $230 instead of just the added $20 for the new line. do not go to this store. only deal directly with cricket
