  First time there, staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable . Glad to see a UPS store back in Dunn! I'll definitely be using them!

  Door was unlocked, was in the store for 10 minutes. Nobody was there was very concerned. I walked to the back and yelled, and finally the lady came out of the bathroom. I suggested that she said that the store was not open. I said the door was wide open. I walked in, I yelled a couple of times and nobody answered our got concerned. I started walking through, and then you came out of the bathroom. I suggested that she, when she comes into the store. If the store was not open to lock the door behind her and she said that was considered trespassing, if I walked in the door and the lights were on, I was more concerned about the safety of the person, and she was more concerned about b.S

  Great customer service, every one had a smile and wonderful personalities. I enjoyed the atmosphere and wonderful employees. Ny’Asia assisted me with all of my needs she went way above and beyond!!! Thank you so much.
