  I had a big print job Saturday morning. It also had to be bound. A young man named Ollie helped me. He was very nice and kind and he was very patient with me. Those guys in there sure know what they're doing. They were herding people in and out. GREAT JOB UPS!!!!

  Honestly, I don’t know why this store is rated 3.6 stars. It should be higher. I’ve come here for everything from notary services to Amazon returns to packing and shipping. They’ve always been courteous, kind, and a good interaction. I prefer this UPS over others near by. I’ll pick this store to do business any day.

  This store is always so helpful. Matt, Isaac, and Jaime are the best and have helped me with Amazon returns, shipping gifts and work collateral. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

  I am very disappointed with this location but usually have good service. I was returning equipment from Verizon. The email they sent clearly said you do not need a QR code or shipping label, Just scan the serial number. I kept telling the associate this information and tried reading the email to him. He argued with me that I needed a QR code that Verizon never sent. He wouldn’t even try to look at the email. I had to go to another store in Sherrills Ford.
