  Don't know his name but the young guy with long red hair has no customer skills. A guy earlier in the day gave me the wrong spark plugs, no big deal the computer was wrong. I took them back for the long red hair guy to start arguing with me about them not being the wrong ones. I pulled the spark plug that came out of it out of my pocket and sat it on the counter. Told him it was supposed to be a motorcraft 42f and I got given 22f. Said I'd really like to have Autolite 45's since that's what the 1970 f100 came with. He then started Arguing with me that the truck definitely came with motorcrafts and not Autolites and he knew because he's owned Fords his whole life. Someone needs to tell him that Ford/Motorcraft didn't become the sole OEM parts until 1972. Needless to say I won't be back I'll just stick to other parts stores. Easy problem and should've been an easy fix, the guy obviously has an attitude problem.

  My wife called yesterday about purchasing and having a battery installed, her jeep had been jumped to get her there. They told her to bring it on and they would install it. When she got there they were total jerks acted like they knew nothing about it and refused to install it, they could have cared less about her situation. Luckily her jeep started again, AAA had jumped her off to get her there. She brought it home. We got her started the next morning, she called Advance in Huntersville, they told her to bring it on. She did, they were busy but stopped what they were doing, acknowledged she was on her way to work and had it changed it in 10 minutes. They were waiting on her. Denver has a personnel problem, long red haired guy especially.
