  This review is a little late, but I have to thank the dedicated an incredible work by one of the employees named Josh. I had trouble getting my starter fixed. I had bought the wrong starter from a different store months ago and had trouble returning it because my phone number wasn’t on file. He made phone calls, lots of searching on the computer, and ended up putting me in contact with advanced auto corporate. Came back later with the receipt code and he got me the right starter and I could not be happier. Or not for Josh I would’ve been out $100 and a lot more frustrated.

  I see a few negative reviews about being rude and other really small things ppl are complaining about. I ask these ppl walk a mile in their shoes, don’t know your year make or model no problem do you have the tag or your vin we can look it up that way oh I don’t know any of that how are the supposed to help oh they didn’t bring my stuff out oh it’s because they are under staffed doesn’t matter the customer is always right wrong. They are ppl to trying there best to help everyone and you give them a 1 star because you actually had to know what you needed or you couldn’t get family to pick up your part and go in the store. They are ppl too and the ones leaving the bad reviews probably leave them every place they go.
