    I have asked someone in the restaurant twice to have the owner give me a call and they refuse to call me. I had stopped in at 8:45 to get a sandwich and the old guy that works in there gave me the cut throat sign and when I walked in he rushed me back out the door and said we are closed and locked the door and closing time is 9pm. I was not very happy. I would choose another location beside Conover. Ever since new management that store is going down hill. The old guy in there needs to retire.

    The staff are not very friendly and the sandwiches are less than half of what they used to be especially paying 14-00 - 15.00 for a 12 inch sub. They skimp on the meat and cheese yes but to skimp on the veggies that are basically almost free is insane don’t even get me started on the mayo mustard or any condiments because that’s equally as bad. Subway has went way downhill… all of them!! Better off going to any other sub shop.

    Went there about a month ago and the service was terrible. The two older guys working were rude and took 15 minutes to help me even though only two people were ahead of me. When the card reader wasn’t working properly, I told one of them and he replied “figure it out”. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never spoke like that to my customers before, or had an employee talk to a customer that way. Won’t be going back!

    Standing in line for over 10 minutes waiting on only 1 of the 3 employees working making online orders. Customer behind me jokingly asked if I had just gotten there today, I laughed and said yes unfortunately they are making online orders. The Rudest lady behind the register that was not abandoning her register to help raises her voice and says unfortunately they got here before you. This was not only beyond rude with the tone she used but poor customer service. As I walked out without ordering I explained the correct answer to that interruption was Im sorry for your wait. The lady making sandwiches didnt greet us, didnt say hold on ill be with you in a minute, she kept her head down.

    Keeps closing at 8:30pm most days even though they have posted hours of closing at 9pm.
