  Last two shipments was delivered to the wrong address I have the home numbers on my house and mailbox they send me pictures of my package delivered at a brick house I don't have a brick house. When I call FEDEX all they is i have to call the sender.its not the sender fault the address is correct on the package it's the driver fault... take responsibility for your drivers.

  Fed Ex is horrible! Inaccurate information, according to them my package has been on a truck since yesterday at 9AM and my driver Aiden is on his way. According to them he has been driving over 24 hours. Customer service says they do not deliver on Saturday.
