  I went in this evening to trade out a couple of patch kits for a plug kit, and cannot speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness of the two gentlemen working. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. I appreciated the positive attitude and patience with my sons. Thank you both!

  I love doing business with our hometown Advance Auto Parts. It’s the people that make all the difference! I don’t know how long Jody has been with the company, but he sets a high bar for amazing customer service. I needed a new battery in one of our vehicles, and Jody installed one for us. He didn’t just slap a new one in and send me on my way, he took his time to thoroughly clean the terminals, then properly grease and secure all the connections for the new battery. His service was way above and beyond what I expected, and I’m very thankful. I’ll always look to our Columbus Advance Auto for my auto parts!

  The staff at this shop today was very knowledgeable and professional, and find a solution for my car's engine and coolant overheating problem, by just replacing the defective coolant pipe cap for $15. Very much appreciate their very friendly service!
