  Brian was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! He patiently and confidently conducted each customer’s service(s) appropriately. I walked in at less than ten minutes before closing time. There was one customer in front of me. Two other customers came in after me. Not a single hint of frustration or impatience as he handled it all well. Great job!

  Amazing location. The owners to the staff are amazing. Brian is so kind and Laura, the manager is very very knowledgeable and amazing customer service.

  After I paid for my item/shipment, the representative didnt box it and prepare it in front of me. She placed it on the side and said, "ok, thank you, next customer" This left me confused and insecure about my item. Is it going to ship? Is it going to be boxed properly? When will this get done? Is it going to get mixed with someone else's shipment?? Im not likely going to ship from here again. I tried tracking my shipment today ( 2 days later) but my tracking number isnt even available. I honestly think shes overworked and tired. I can understand how many businesses are short staffed. I do recommend packing the customers shipment before taking the next customer no matter how long the line is. I hope she gets the help she needs to make work more enjoyable.

  Wait times extremely long. No matter what time of day. I've came in the morning, the afternoon and evening. With only one or two people in line has still expect to wait half an hour to an hour. Three people put you to the door and you might as well bring a chair. However they keep track of their wait time, it is clearly not accurate when they say 1 to 5 minutes per person.

  The employees in the store were friendly and helped me quickly. I also had an issue with a QR code not scanning properly and the employee seemed genuinely interested in helping me figure the problem out.
