  I had a "printscan" appointment scheduled here, and arrived for my scheduled appointment, they said the owner does those appointments and he's not here, I asked him when he comes in, they said they didn't know, I waited until 9:30 and he still didn't show the attendants refused to call him, they & other patrons threatened to call the police on me when insisted firmly but directly without raising my voice, to communicate with someone else that I was here my appointment. It's a shame that I can't use this much valued haywood county resource anymore.

  Brian was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! He patiently and confidently conducted each customer’s service(s) appropriately. I walked in at less than ten minutes before closing time. There was one customer in front of me. Two other customers came in after me. Not a single hint of frustration or impatience as he handled it all well. Great job!
