  Customer service is a joke. They do not speak English and when you call it always says they are experiencing a higher than normal call volume and they don't open until 9 and you call at 9:01. Then when they finally answer they put you on hold and then you get disconnected

  Today I was traveling to TN and I realized my kids broke my phone charger. My phone was about dead. FoodLion had no Type C chargers so I walked down to Cricket. I was greeted with the best customer service I have had in a long time. I had been in a bad mood before this visit, but Zack really turned my day around. He was so happy it was contagious. I not only want to give Zack a shot out but to tell him Thank you. Your smile and attitude really brightened up my day.

  I walked in trying to get away from my current carrier and when I left I had gotten an affordable phone and great service from a polite and friendly guy named Wesley who helped set everything up and get everything straightened out! Thank you Wesley!!!
