The staff spent time helping an elderly couple navigate a complicated return. They didn’t have to but did so with smiles and genuine care. Such a pleasure to witness. This is UPS store gets my business JUST because how they care for their customers!

What a breath of fresh air! Catisha is a wonderful lady! I went to The Ink Spot and they wanted $6.00 for a return label… then I tried to send an email for print 3 times and it wouldn’t go through to their email address. So… I packed up and came here to UPS. Label: $1.09!!! The store is clean, smells good, and the whole atmosphere is just wonderful! I will use them from now on! Come here if you need boxes, a friendly conversation, and being treated like you are a queen, or king!!! Thanks UPS! Catisha, you the bomb!
