  I’ve had a great experience at The UPS Store! Everyone is friendly and helpful, but John really stands out. Every time my husband comes in, John is always kind, welcoming, and professional. He provides excellent customer service and always treats us with respect. We really appreciate his kindness and great attitude. Highly recommend The UPS Store, especially because of employees like John! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Handled my return package with speed and ease. Notorising content and scanning the address label from my phone. I have an important document to mail quickly and safely. Guess where I will take it for this service? Right first time!

  Danielle was a huge help. I have been coming for 5 years and the staff and her specifically made me drive past other UPS stores to get their EXCELLENT service!!!!

  I had to return my new computer. The return was thru the post office. They wanted me to print out the return receipt. I explained that I could not print it because my computer was broken. I showed them the receipt and asked them to scan and print it . They said they couldn't do that. They suggested I go to a print shop . Told me to hurry as they would close soon. The print shop wasn't open on Saturday. I thought about the UPS Store. Over I went . Am I glad I did! Danielle took care of me . So helpful!!! She had me back to the post office before they closed. I always use the UPS Store. If the computer company hadn't done the return thru the post Office I wouldn't have to run all over town. Thanks Danielle

  Came in last minute on a Friday, and Jason was quick in immediately helping me and answering my questions about overnight shipping. Gave me costs & timing of when a shipment would be delivered on the following Monday which helped me to make a decision that it wouldn't be there in time and that I had to drive it down over the weekend. VERY helpful. Very informative. Will come back and use UPS again for that reason!
