  Terrible service at the UPS in Flowers Plantation. The woman who helped me was rude, didn’t give clear information, and didn’t mention that there were special bags for Amazon returns. There were no clear prices on the bags or other items, and overall it was a very negative experience.

  The older Hispanic lady that works there is super rude. The rest of the staff is awesome. But unfortunately, her attitude makes the whole experience undesirable. She's rude in person.She's rude on the phone. She's just a plain rude lady.

  Terrible customer service. Your google profile says nothing about notary services ending at 5pm. I drove from Kenly and when i arrived there was one person gettihg something notarized. The notary said, "He is the last one we stop at 5." It was exactly 5pm and i had no way of knowing the service ended at 5pm. I had time sensitive documents I needed notarized and sent next day and ended up driving to the Selma store and they were super helpful. Its worth the drive to Selma in the future to not be treated like that.

  Every time I go in here, I always ask for Alex. He makes me feel so welcome and alway gets my packages shipped out quickly. I always ask for him specifically and he never disappoints. He is the best worker there by far!!

  Terrible customer service- Had a document notarized here. Once I got home I realized we missed a section and quickly went back to the store. The notary was still there but would not help me. They said they do not notarize after 5pm. But she was there, and there was not a line, and she could have easily helped me, but chose not too. I even asked her to call the manager and see if they would permit it, but the manager said no. The employee did not explain the situation though and did not seem interested at all in helping me. I was able to call another UPS store location and drive there to get the document notarized. Much better service there! Go to the UPS store on Shotwell Rd for a better experience.
