I had great experience here, Josue helped me out with transferring my number from a previous carrier to cricket and was very informative and caring. Even despite my phone having issue he was always cheerful and supportive through the whole experience.

Please update your Google business hours for the Clayton store. The listing says the store closes at 8 PM, but I arrived at 7:01 PM and the doors were already locked.
I was trying to pay my mother’s bill, which you shut off due to your mistake. She has had autopay successfully debited for 10 months, but on the 11th month—Mother’s Day weekend, no less—your system failed to process payment despite no issues with her bank account. As a result, her phone was turned off.
This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Please correct your hours online and review your autopay system to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Worst phone service in existence. Customer service is a nightmare. They'll tell you whatever they need to to keep you on the hook for weeks or months then deny everything.
I really appreciate Nene and Shannon's professionalism and helping me with my replacement phone. Their customer service skills and personalities were above and beyond and they made me feel very comfortable while dealing with my transaction. If you could hire more people with their capabilities and abilities, I feel that the cricket organization would benefit greatly.
