Honestly had a really good experience at Subway. The workers were super nice as soon as I walked in and actually talked to me instead of just rushing me through the line. They were patient while I figured out what I wanted and didn’t act annoyed or anything, which I appreciate.
They made my sandwich exactly how I asked, and everything looked fresh. You could tell they cared about doing it right and not just throwing it together. The place was also really clean, which made it feel a lot better eating there.
Overall just a really solid visit. Good food, nice people, and a chill atmosphere. I’d definitely come back to this location again.

Doordashed a All American footlong on flatbread. It comes to me and it was the worst most craziest looking flatbread sandwich I have ever ordered at a Subway. It looks like they cut the flatbread long ways then filled one half with the meat and then the other with the toppings. Then, Im not lieing, it looked like they folded it top to bottom longways. I really dont know how to explain this. So it looked like I had 1 6 inch with double meat and the other was a veggie sub. I asked the driver when he delivered it, I was supposed to have a footlong. They double stacked the 2 halfs and wrapped it like a 6 inch disaster. Oh yeah this mess I get and also has NO napkins. So I was pissed. I called the store and this girl told me theres No manager there and she said we rarely see them and she checked her schedule and said doesn't look like there going to be here for a few days. She said look we're really busy at 9pm on a Thursday night. I said well I guess I'll call corporate and complain and she literally told me PLEASE DO. Almost sounded like she hates her job and her boss and it would be a blessing for corporate to come fix that place. So I emailed corporate and thats worthless. I get a stupid AI message saying we no longer check there emails but go to Subway.com. So I did and its worthless AI chat crap. But over all Doordash gave me $12 back to my bank and also a $20 credit to my Doordash account for my trouble. I threw the subway order straight in the trash. I was at work and wasn't going to try to piece it all back together. Anyways seems like place needs a overhaul and be retrained and have a supervisor or manager there at all time. I accually felt really bad for the young lady I talked too. I started out aggressive but then stepped back a bit cause I dont blame her for poor management.

I've eaten here before and my sandwich wasn't made every good or they messed it up..Bt today 4/15 i decide to order again it has been awhile. I got there early and watch Victoria make my sandwich..Thumbs up to this girl. My sandwich for once was awesome..It was made right and not mess..Thank u Victoia from the Claremont NC location...

me and my family went to the subway today and there was a male employee starting the sandwiches and my daughter asked for the softest roll and he grabbed the first one and said they're all soft I made them and continued to ignore her request several times after she was visibly upset about her food he rudely told her I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it. I have never felt so disrespected in a subway before. this is unacceptable and I know this isn't what subway stands for. if I'm spending my money I expect better customer service.

There were two employees working, a male and female. The male was making the sandwiches. I requested for the softest bread hoping for him to feel a few rolls to find the softest roll he then grabbed the first roll and replied “ they’re all soft I made them.” He then smiled and snickered in my face and continued with “ i will not lose any sleep over you” and continued to smile, snicker, and ignoring me and my family’s request. The female employee did nothing to de-escalate the situation and didn’t comply with our requests either. I asked for light salt and she put a lot of salt which made it unbearable to eat. Ultimately, i was clearly unsatisfied in their store and they did nothing to fix it or care which resulted in my entire family feeling disrespected. Is this the subway way? Is this what you stand for?
