  I went to get a battery changed and had an excellent experience. Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable, and replaced my battery with no issues. I highly recommend the Cherryville location!

  If you buy their gold battery with the 3-year warranty, make sure you keep your receipt where you can find it because they will not honor that warranty without your receipt. Even though the battery is labeled advance Auto gold and the manufacture date is less than 3 years. This is poor customer service, when a battery is clearly purchased from their company with a warranty and they failed to under the warranty. Who keeps the receipts for 3 years?

  There were three workers in there that made the absolute best day of my life one day of May 22nd of 2026 I walked to this cherryville auto parts store and immediately got help with a battery I didn’t have tools so they lent me some 100% gained my automotive trust extremely friendly and is now my 10/10 go to store there was a medium sized blonde man not too short not too tall and a black haired lady about the same size super friendly and 100% best customer service I’ve ever had down here in North Carolina please go to this store if you want fast friendly hallarious service god bless and have a nice day

  If I could do negative 5 stars I would do it, the lady that manages the store is the most rude and unprofessional person you can ask for. The rest of the guys don’t have other option but to put up with the situation.

  Very bad service lady answered my call after checking to pickup my order online Told me I cancelled you order without let me know and she closed the phone very bad service don’t deal with them they don’t respect the customer
