  I had a great experience at this Wingstop location thanks to Ashari & Jalaina working during my visit. They were friendly, professional, and made sure my order was accurate and ready as quickly as possible. Even though the restaurant was busy, they stayed positive and treated every customer with respect. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about providing excellent service. Employees like this make a big difference and are one of the reasons I keep coming back.

  came in to use the restroom. cashier made a joke how i needed to be a paying customer. i explained how bad i needed to go and she laughed and gave me the code to the bathroom 😂 i want to say her name was Dee… not 100% sure. when i came out, i told her how awesome she was and she gave me a FREE FRY. this girl deserves a raise.

  Whoever the female is on shift at this very moment needs to be fired. Customer service very poor. Ignored one customer who’s been waiting on their food for 30 minutes, and when he asked about his food again she had an attitude with him like he was suppose to know. I asked for my order and she practically threw it at me. and Instead of calling out names to see if the customer of the order is here in which she had 7 bags ready, and customers were seeing they’re own order on the rack(There is a crowd for 10+ so I’m 90% sure they were) she’s just setting them down and neglecting the people who has already been waiting.

  Update my review the manager offer me a free meal but never made up there due to personal issues but i appreciate them reaching out and offering to fix it .Order wrong gave me wrong flavor and crumbs

  This was my first time coming here and it will definitely not be my last time!!! The person attending me was very patient with me and even recommended me flavors I would have never thought to try. It feels nice to finally have a fast food restaurant to be interested in their clients and not be rude. Not to mention the food. The food excede my expectations and it came out quicker than I expected .
