  Orderd two simple items through door dash and the only packed one item to be delivered. Called and was told my orederd was there waiting so had to go pick it up only for them to then tell me they didn't have the rest of my order so I had to wait for it to be made. Literally only two items, why would you not verify the order is correct b4 giving it to door dash 😒 😤

  This was probably the freshest Wingstop I’ve ever had! I visited on 9/20/26 around 12:30 AM, and both the service and food were really good. I ordered the 10-piece bone-in combo with Hot Honey Rub, seasoned fries, and a Dr Pepper. The wings were fresh, hot, and flavorful, and the fries were seasoned really well. I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, especially considering I came in around midnight. The service was also great and made the experience even better. Definitely one of my best Wingstop experiences so far. I’d come back to this location again!

  lowkey the best wingstop i've had in my life. the only thing i will say is that the employees were fighting. honestly, i didn't have a problem with it since it was entertaining. they even stuck an extra tender in there for me. i went over to the jersey mikes next door and ate there since i didn't want to interrupt their feud. i hope everyone feels better

  Tried to buy a large ranch dressing. Was told by another wingstop in lexington nc that 6 small dressings make a large container of ranch. It doesn't, I asked for them to show me. The manager in lexington pulled out 6 small ranch and the large container, and it barely filled the container halfway. So, I conveyed this to the location in Charlotte, when I was told this falsehood again. If the store doesn't want to honor the request of selling a large container of ranch. Remove the option from the menu.
