  I am extremely disappointed with the service and management at this establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I placed a $50+ order for my family the other evening. The initial phone interaction was already frustrating, as the staff member was rude and seemed unwilling to take my order. When I arrived to pick up the order, I didn’t realize until I got home that more than half of the items I had paid for were missing. I immediately called to address the issue and asked to speak with the general manager regarding a refund. He told me that he had received my complaint, asked me to give him a minute, and said he would call me back. Instead, he proceeded to hang up the phone. After waiting and receiving no return call, I called back. I was then told that the back office would review my complaint and that a refund could take 17–20 days to be processed. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled—from the initial interaction, to the missing items, to the lack of professionalism from management—was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their money here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment, and I would not return.

  Upper management should come take a look at this store, employees on phones next to the fryers. Gloves were not being changed after touching phone and then the chicken. Headphones on both employees. Observed all this because I was standing up front waiting to order for nearly 7 minutes while being actively ignored. Employees were terrible, but the food was actually good so there is that.

  Floors were dirty, employee was vaping inside the store in front of me, my order was wrong, bathroom was dirty with grease on the floor, employee not wearing her hat or hair covering.

  The services was phenomenal, the place was clean the servers give great customer service was nice and very friendly and pleasant. I definitely will come back.

  Went through door dash to pick up my food from wing stop. Ordered a few sandwiches, 2 orders of fries and a 10 piece wing. I got home to find NO WINGS. Yall are wing stop. How y'all forget the wings??? Smh it's okay I'm ngl wing stop is bussin but please don't forget my food that's literally in the name of your restaurant. Please and thank you.
