I’m actually annoyed writing this because I should have just listened to the reviews and went somewhere else.
I’ve had Wingstop plenty of times from other locations, so I already know what it’s supposed to taste like. This was not it. The wings and fries tasted like they’d been sitting there way too long. Not fresh at all. It honestly tasted like leftovers before I even left the store.
The portion sizes were also weak, especially the fries. Like you’re already giving me food that doesn’t taste fresh, and then barely filling the container too? Come on.
What really makes this worse is that this wasn’t just some random stop for me. I actually hadn’t had Wingstop in a long time and decided to come back today, and this is what I get. Super disappointing.
And after going back and reading the reviews again, yeah… everyone else was right. So if you’re thinking about coming here and you’re reading reviews first, do yourself a favor and listen. I didn’t, and I definitely regret it.
This location needs to get it together because this is not it.

Updating my review after the owner response.
I tried to follow the link that was provided, and it just takes you to a basic survey where you’re expected to repeat everything you already said. That’s not really a resolution.
Also, there’s no way to directly reply to their comment, so I’m adding this here because I want to be clear for anyone reading. It looks like they’re being responsive and trying to fix things, but in reality, you’re just being redirected to a generic form.
I already took the time to leave a detailed review explaining exactly what went wrong. Being sent to retype it all into a survey doesn’t feel like anyone is actually addressing the issue.
So I guess my question is, are you actually trying to make this right for customers, or is this just a standard copy and paste response?
Because right now it doesn’t feel like there’s any real effort to fix what happened.
