  Management and staff are rude and unprofessional. Managers wear pajama pants to work apparently.   From the wings to the fries and atmosphere, everything was hot and delicious. We were here visiting from Va and this location is “chef’s kiss”!! You want fresh hot seasoned wings and fries come here! Even the service was amazing, actually smiled and checked on us!! Who does that?? They do here in Charlotte!! Thank you for making our visit awesome! -CM

  Extremely rude front register. Getting told “I’m not talking to you” when I’m still completing my order is unacceptable. Get new staff.

  I ordered a DoorDash around 12:30am JULY 7th. While I understand the store closes at 1, that doesn’t mean have my order missing my fries and just serve me wings when I look at my delivery order!!! I suggest yall get it together because it’s unacceptable.

  Online says it’s open and the door was open so I walked in approximately at 11am. As soon as I walked, a girl at the register named “Shay” says “we closed” so I asked her what time do you guys open because online says you’re open now. She said 12, so I asked her why would online say you’re open but you’re telling me it’s closed? She said she don’t know but we closed with an attitude. I said to her, please don’t catch an attitude, I’m asking a simple question. She gets mad and walks away from a customer! I would never go to an establishment with people like that working there, I don’t care how good the food is! Listen, if you don’t want to work or don’t feel like working today. Please go home. Don’t catch attitudes with your customers. Your attitude stank!
