The friday manager told my boyfriend to pull up. We’ve ordered through the app twice and both times they’ve forgotten items. There’s no way for the manager on site to refund. The food that did show up was made horribly.

I had a really disappointing experience at this place today. I went to grab something to eat because I’d heard that Wingstop has really tasty wings and tenders, and it was my first time trying them. The flavor is pretty good—I won’t deny it. The sauce and fries were tasty, and the tenders had a really nice touch too. But the problem is that I ordered two different combos and only got three tenders, not the 8 boneless pieces shown on the receipt. Plus, everything in the bag looked pretty disorganized when they put it in there, so they must have rushed through it without paying much attention. I think it might be because there are only three people working there and it was kinda crowded with other orders, but it’s really disappointing not to receive a complete order, especially for the amount I paid, so I’m not sure if I’d order from there again. :/
